Customer Assistance

Qualifications & Verification

We understand that purchasing wellness supplements can become expensive. As apart of our socially conscious efforts we make sure our products are affordable for all. We offer 20% – 40% off to individuals in low-income households, on long-term disability and to veterans. If you believe you qualify for either of these categories, please review the requirements below and follow the instructions on how to apply.

IMPORTANT:

  • Please remove/hide any sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for approval. Once approved, we will notify you by email or phone.
  • So that we may continue to offer this program for all of our customers, we ask that you only use your discount for yourself, unless otherwise stated in the “Who can use” sections below.
  • Discounts cannot be used with other coupon codes and only apply to full-price retail orders.
  • We do NOT give partial refunds on orders made before approval.

Long-term Disability

Please provide either a documentation from a physician or government agency (SSI / disability income acceptance letter) as proof of disability to qualify for a discount on full-price retail orders. We cannot provide this discounts for family members of those on disability. You may use this discount for yourself & immediate family members within the same home.

Who can use: You may lose your eligibility for this program if violations are suspected.

Veterans

All US Military veterans must upload a scan/photo of their DD-214, State issued ID with Veteran endorsement or VA card to qualify for a discount on full-price retail orders. We cannot provide this discounts for family members of veterans.

Who can use: You may use this discount for yourself ONLY. You may lose your eligibility for this program if violations are suspected.

Low Income

To apply for low-income assistance, upload a clear scan, photo or screenshot of a current document from a government agency that shows you are currently receiving low-income benefits. (SNAP, SSI award letters, LEAP, etc).

If you are not currently receiving benefits, you may alternatively upload a copy of your tax return for the previous year. Your yearly taxes must state that your income is below the federal poverty level. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify, please check here.

If you do not have a tax return, other proof of income can be submitted, so please upload them for consideration and give some detail about your situation.

Business Community Support

It's not all about the money

Although herbOrder is an environmentally & socially conscious business, our mission does not solicit donations, or give support directly to organizations with a general, non-culturally specific, agenda of charity. Our mission centers on supporting under-resourced minority/FBA communities to assist in developing healthy, self-sufficient, economical & political growth. 

If you would like to support our mission, you can do so by simply offering your place of business up to local entrepreneurs or organizations for events at no charge. We have personally benefited from the kindness of local small business leaders who offer extra office space or conference rooms to entrepreneurs because they support independent minority/FBA businesses. If you own a health or natural food-related business, consider connecting to community organizations or businesses, and offer nutritional information or seminars.  Time is valuable, and education is charity.

Though we do not ask for donations, we do support trusted programs that greatly benefit from donations, and focus their efforts specifically toward the advocacy and advancement of under-resourced communities. One such program is the Kiva.org lending community.

Kiva.org, is an organization providing loans for global entrepreneurs doing amazing things.If you aren’t aware of Kiva and their purpose, please visit their website and get familiar with their mission.  Through Kiva, we support a wide range of  entrepreneurs from across the world.  All loans are funded by optional donations from other generous entrepreneurs and businesses. Kiva does not take a cut of loans, 100% of funds go to the borrowers.
